The DUO-BOND team is growing, and we are looking for a new person for the position of Customer Service.

We are looking for a communicative and organized professional with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assisting and guiding customers
• Managing phone calls and inquiries
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments
• Communicating with other departments to ensure prompt customer service
• Maintaining a high level of customer experience

What we are looking for

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Politeness, professionalism, and a positive approach
• Proficiency in using computers
• Ability to work in a team and manage daily priorities
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English
